I never saw this type of supermarket. Problems 1. Price not mentioned 2. Wrong offers mentioned 3. Wrong information given by cash counter person. 4. No solution for any problem. 5. No customer service counter available 6. feedback box is not available. I brought two biscuits pack where written buy 1 get one at cash counter person said yes offer available but after bill I saw in invoice not free. That person said, I can't do anything for you. This is my second time, my first experience was also not good. Last time they said you have win coupon because you have purchased more than 3500 but today person said no coupon you have.
The place is good but I won't say too good because of the crowd at billing Center takes too long for you to wait.
All kinds of essential are available there.....staff is not good ....every time u have to suffer a long queue for billing

I bought some clothes and some other products..staff told us that u can replace these within 15 days...I went next day to replace some of the items..thn they jst went back on their words They were like..mam this is against our policy for some products we can't replace ... I'm not criticising their policy but the thing is they could have told this thing at the time of billing after all they jst replace for 2 items and I had to suffer of loss of 300 rs. And also manager's behaviour was bad I would like to suggest not to buy from the govindpuram branch
