My recent experience at Vishal Mega Mart hyper market was not a pleasant one. The air conditioning systems were not functioning properly, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. The volume of their public announcement system was too high and intrusive, causing interruptions during my shopping. The employees were not very responsive to my queries and did not seem interested in attending to customer needs, for them priority was to arrange the clothes. The billing process took an unnecessarily long time, causing frustration and inconvenience. Overall, I was disappointed with the shopping experience at this store and would not recommend it to others. The management should focus on improving the store's facilities and employee responsiveness to provide a more satisfactory shopping experience.
