It is one of the best malls in Patna. It has everything... Ranging from clothes to grocery...to electronics and essentials and what not. Good experience of visiting here and other branches of Vishal Mega Mart every time. But the main problem arises while the billing procedure. There is no proper queue and the situation goes hay wire. Also, the security guard doesn't match the bill and items purchased properly, seems just doing the formality. This can be paid attention to.
Staffs are not even qualified And they were unable to manage the resources In the place of 7 counters there are only 2 working
Overall my latest visit was just ok. A good place for daily needs product from kitchen to clothes , stationery to utensils all products are available here. The good thing is that it has a cheaper prices from smart Bazaar but note that most of the products are local brand but justify it's price. Beginning of the mall has good infrastructure and services, but now a days it's services are degrading at times. Shortage of employees and they also not professional like other well known malls in patna. Even after billing you have to put your products with your own. Cleaninness is also question. Avoid going in holidays cause it will crowded and you have to wait on counter line.

Vishal Mega Mart is One of the best supermarkets in Patna. This is a good place to buy different types of product at a low cost. A very good arrangement was seen inside the mall. More man power was found to be engaged for better management of the mall. All the staff are too good.
Good for Economy shopping but very poor management few salesman available to guide u to find ur requirements, and ooops if found ur requirements it's hell of the line wait for paying ur bill. It's really a cumbersome job
Good if are going for household products at reasonable rate, but it takes time for billing.
