Dear Sir To the Branch manager of Vishal mega mart Balasore. It is a repurated shopping mahal. It's Collection are very good. But there staff (Cash counter boy) is not behaviour properly. He didn't know how to behavior a lady Customer. So I am not satisfied.
The worst mall I have ever seen. Neither it's trial rooms are opened up, the staffs are very rude and dont have the manners how to speak with customers, all the products are of very low quality. The site must also have a option of not getting any ratings for such kind of malls. worst customer service and maintainance award must be given to this mall.
All kind of good and affordable dress, cooking item,home appliances,day to day items,food, everything is available in one spot. Very good place for shopping.
Inside air-conditioning poor. Not managed properly. Staff are however cooperative. Adequate payment counter is not opened to dispatch the rush in peak hours.
Variety products are available. The cashier at the counter are too slow and needs proper training for billing and handling customer.
