The 3 star is for Poor sales person attitude at the cash counter not being attentive and not attending to customer when there is a crowd of customer waiting in queue, inspite of the cash counter person pleading the other member to come and lend helping hand to attend to customers waiting for paying for goods purchased. 5 stars for the product and best rates and offers being offered time and again. The prices are lower than other retail shops around the Mart. The management should be paying a surprise visit to check for themselves on such irresponsible behaviour and catch them red handed. These non-customer supporting personal should be punished and make them realise of not servicing customers, who are contributing towards earning Vishal mart group, which in turn is able to pay their staff salaries.
