Vishal Mega Mart - Hypermarket in Uttarpara, Debaipukur - Hooghly, India

This is a great place for shopping. In the three floors You can get everything like Ladies and Mens dress, kids dress, shoes, home decor items. Everything is in a reasonable price. Favourite place for shopping , staffs are very much helpful. But only one problem I faced that a bit long time have to wait in billing section. Otherwise it is my favourite.

Cloth quality is very poor and also very expensive. The grocery part was ok but the atmosphere of the mall was very bad They didn't turn on AC as a result suffocating....

Parking problem. Some idiots roaming over there for parking scam . Age around 40 to 60 They ask u for blood donation fee of 10 rupee which everyone knows its scam and they spent for bengal liquor. If u refused to give them they forced to remove your vehicle from parking. So be careful better not to visit such places

Awesome place you can shop here your daily needs as well shop here like cloths You can eat here also there is a tata delarship to so you can check out vechiles as well.

Rude and Impolite behaviour of staffs, security guard, manager. Staffs do not assist the customers. If any assistant is required, staff members are playing passing the ball with customers. Zero customer service. If customers need to serve themselves, then there is no point having staff members. They are not paid to act as mannequin. Extreme poor and disrespectful service.

There are pros and cons both for this shopping destination. Pros. Lot of options available as they have huge varieties available for cloths and household items. It's big so you won't feel suffocated. You can spend a good amount of time if you start to explore. Cons. Cheep products, cloth quality is not that good. Very old collections.

Pathetic customer service whenever i have visited Vishal megamart Uttarpara branch. The store attendants are of no help along with the security guard. They only know to show rudeness to the customers. At the 3rd floor the staffs are nowhere around. You will find them chitchatting somewhere at the corner and if any customer needs help, they are not there. The staff members at the cash counter behaves very rudely and they do not help at all. Very very disappointed with the customer service. Please educate them atleast on how to behave.
