Dust on Hangers & clothes. Waited for more than 20 minutes in queue of 2 people. Only 1 row is working for billing. Staff is not trained properly or not interested in their job. Lots of thing are unmanaged on 1st floor area.
Love this place. You can shop most of house hold items there with pocket friendly budget. Clothes for ladies, gents children boy and girl fir everyone. It's pocket friendly but it doesn't means low quality. Good fabric clothes also available with best price. Kitchen appliances in very good range available. Children toys at very good price. Last but not the least grocery which is much cheaper than other store. You can't compete with brands like metro or D mart but cheaper than easy day, big bazaar, other market shops. Gents shoes are low quality which can consider bit disappointed but overall it's good place for shopping, hang up. Recommend....
The clothes section is not well maintained. But you can get good deals on groceries, biscuits etc.
Very nice place. You can purchase almost everything here Men's clothes, women's clothes , kids clothes, toys,home appliances etc. The best part is price is very reasonable.
Wrost Vishal mega mart ever. They are selling things on print rate. They are not giving any discount on any product. There are not baskets and trolly available here. You have to carry your stuff in your hands. Staff is also not supportive here. I asked for baskets here they said we don't know where are the baskets. Vishal mega mart must stop their franchise from here.
It is so embarrassing while billing process. Only single executive was working to handle all customers. At least 3 counters should be working on Sat-Sunday.
VishalMega Mart is in StarCity Mall. Its entry is at Ground Floor. You can have variety of house hold items, kitchenware, clothes, shoes and other essentials items from here at reasonable price. Staff is very polite and friendly. They always help you in finding right size and product for you. Sometimes when it remains overcrowded than you will have to wait 20-25minutes in billing queue otherwise billing gets happen in5-10minutes. As this is at 2 floors so it has enough space and not congested. You will get discount here during Festival time or Independence Day, Republic Day or New Year time. A good place to do shopping for daily needs or clothes.
Quite a big outlet but the staff have absolutely no clue whats happening in the store. People throw things here and there and the store is a total mess. If you have a lot of time on a weekend you may go and help them arrange things but for shopping we difinitely have better stores offering in the economy range.

Very good. Please provide mote staff to assist customers. My billing was for 2k plus. If some staff would assist me, i would have been able to purchase more items. Shop is fully loaded. Nice shopping experience.
