Worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased one push Ride-ON day before yesterday night and while purchasing the same the staff didn't show it's feature even we asked for it he said it's closing time Mam please bill fast if you want to buy else you can exchange later. So did I billed with Rs 1299. I have bought that for my 1 year baby but later felt it's too big n unstable for her to manage being a three wheel Ride-ON where she fell down n got injured. Very next-day morning I asked the store manager for a exchange with the small ride-on he said I will send a mail for approval then can do it if approved, later he informed me that it can't be exchanged. It's really pathetic to buy products n keep that unused. Complete wastage of money. I would rather recommend you to have some alternatives for shopping where you get better response and service rather going here.. I selected it cz I stay nearby but very bad experience though. Staffs are also not well behaved showing lot of attitude.

Dissatisfied with the store setting. Billing counters are too narrow and crowded with stuffs. No proper place to keep things while billing. Store maintenance is not upto mark. Not much hygienic.
