Vishal Mega Mart - Clothing store in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

There is a lot of choices available for casual shopping. But this place is in dire need of cleanliness and regular dusting. Most of the clothes are dipped in dust and during trial it will give you rashes. There is a shortage of staff at sections . Regular arrangements of clothes on the shelf are required here . To the management: please look into this issue .

Here we can find affordable things whether it's top, shirts, t-shirts, jeans, kurtas for bothe men and women, Home decor items, Electronics, Groceries and other daily need household items are also available. Some stuff is really good but some of them are not up to the mark, if someone is searching for a product at affordable price then this is the place. Make sure you bring your carry bags with you because you already know they will charge for it like Rs10 - 20 .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this mart.The staff's blatant disregard for women and girls is appalling.Sales boys speak rudely, often prying into personal lives instead of focusing on their work.This behavior is strictly unprofessional but also reflects lack of respect and customer service. I am touchwood a highly educated person and come from a very respectable family hence deserve respectful behavior.Also they should stop teaching educated customers and should rather focus on their work for which they are being paid. During my recent visit with my parent, I encountered baffling situation while trying to purchase a velvet tracksuit. Although both items were on display, one on the horizontal shelf and other on long clothing rack, a staff member aggressively insisted on choosing from long rack display. The size was not available in long rack display and hence I took it from horizontal display because size was available there.Any which ways vishal has to sell items so I was shocked to his disrespectful and aggressive behavior.This shows their disrespect for specially women. As I am regular customer I have seen multiple incidents of rudeness towards women from respectable families which is concerning. I have never seen such worse staff behavior at any other store except this.They literally spoil your shopping mood which results in abandonment of shopping.They seriously needs to hire new and improved staff. The management should address this immediately to ensure a smooth and respectful environment for all shoppers.

Not a nice experience visiting Vishal mega mart here at Karol bagh. The store is ok but the stuff has been kept very casually with dust appearing on almost every item lying on upper shelves. The staff here is also less attentive and casual. You may get items at discounted prices which are in line with the online grocery apps like blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon etc.

One of the best shopping mart in karol bagh, delhi. Having all kind of items like home groceries, snacks,Bathing essentials, Dresses for both men& women, kitchen utensils.. Having lift also.. Also price is affordable as compared to another marts..

Staff is not supported for any purchases. And staff not very familiar and not even curious about your products. I am very regular customer in Dwarka(Ramphal Chowk)Vishal mega Mart.His ambiance is great and staff is very smart, helpful and curious.and I am very disappoint for your branch in Karol Bagh becoz i purchase 2inners vest and boxer for dollar brand. But one of the staff said to me your size is not available.Go somewhere else and don't even come. Mene akhir tumhara kya bigadha hai tumhara ki app sab apne customer me asi baate kr rahe hai. Please look management and sort this problem. This incident accor 1st and 2nd floor.Kya ho Gaya hai staff ko.
