Vishal Mega Mart - Hypermarket in Kota - Kota, India

Vishal Mega Mart is Vishal as per the name Ground Floor- On the ground floor, you get women's clothes, where most of the girls tops, girls suits will be found, bill pay is also on the ground floor, there are 3 changing rooms on the ground floor. First floor- The first floor is full of men's clothing, shirts, lower, jeans, shocks.. Etc. You will get a lot on which you will also get offers. Second Floor - On the second floor you will find groceries where most of the products will be of first crop. here you will find dormant bedsheets pillow a lot In the last, when you pay the bill, then you will have to stand in a long line. there is no parking

Worst experience ever. Staff behavior is not nice at all.Thay really behave like they own this mart. Their words were like we don't have that what you want because that is bought by Royal customers. What the heck is this behaviour. They really said it in very offensive way. Just treat your customers like a customer. They are in need it doesn't mean you can say anything to them. I won't recommend Gumanpura, Kota, Vishal Mega Mart.

I recently visited Vishal megamart that had a lot to offer in terms of products and variety, but unfortunately, my experience at the checkout counter left much to be desired. While the supermarket itself was well-organized and had a wide range of items to choose from, the slow pace of the working staff at the counter was a notable drawback. Upon entering the store, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the shelves were well-stocked, displaying a diverse selection of products. From fresh produce to household essentials, it seemed like this supermarket had everything one could need and the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. However, my positive impression started to wane when I reached the checkout counter. The line was relatively long, and only a few cashiers were working. It became apparent that the staff members were not particularly efficient in handling the transactions. The pace was slow, and there seemed to be a lack of urgency in attending to customers. As I waited patiently, I observed other customers growing increasingly frustrated with the situation. It was clear that the slow service was causing inconvenience and delays. While the staff members were courteous, their lack of speed created an atmosphere of impatience and restlessness among those in line. Despite this drawback, I must acknowledge the supermarket's effort in other areas. The store itself was well-maintained, and the wide variety of products available was commendable. The pricing was reasonable, and the overall shopping experience, apart from the checkout process, was positive.

Annu Meena is an honest person, she always talks well, her way of talking is also good as per others. And some of the employees there are very polite, teach them how to talk before others.

According to price is good but no cleaning no sitting area, washroom is not clean properly, no cooling here.Fan is running everywhere but normal range of clothes is here

No board or attention towards specific floor Too costly items and each common item is not present ,grocery stores at 3rd floor, fashion wear at 2nd floor, too sloppy person at cash counter

Very bad experience staff behaviour and store manager BABULAL SHARMA and behaviour very bad.....not satisfied not happy very poor feedback....never buy anything from Vishal.....billing mistake by staff but not accepted by staff

Very worst behaviour I was forced to buy something instead of return of cash so I have to give 0.5 rating but there is no option that's why I am giving 1
