Vishal mega Mart is good you can buy everything things like Groceries items, pillows, men's clothing, women's clothing, kid's clothes and also kitchen's items and also many things but one thing is very bad in Vishal mega Mart is that ther are not using there all payment counters they always use one or two payment counters. So you feel very bad when you will wating for your number.

Worst management and staff, here 10 counter but working only 1 counter and that was counter 5 and queue was long and counter handle girl name was ranu kumari she was doing billing on her way don't care queue is long working very slowly and great things is this day was sunday, are you serious 10 counter and only working 1 in sunday, they don't care about customer , old clothes no new collection before 2-3 month(03 sept 2023) carry bag rate was 16 but currently it is 18 rs/- and size also small compare with last one. Vishal mega mart is only for name not for work thay are selling high showroom type things

Everything is fine but the behavior of the staff is very bad. These people do not understand the value of customers' time. It takes a lot of time for billing and payment process. I had gone here a couple of times but one day these people wasted my 1 hour in the billing process and on the another day also they wasted my 40 minutes, I got upset and had to come back without the taking products.

Great place for shopping Moderate price, not to high not to low .. But there is requirements of making payment smooth on the day of great ocassion. It took longer time than expected to do payment due to crowd . Overall good place to shop ...

This Mart is giving products on very affordable prices 2nd thing there is no any parking place u have to park vehicle on road with your own risk so I suggest you to go there by an auto or any other public transport.

The only problem that I feel is the baskets or trolley from past 3 years. They only have a few baskets which are in worst conditions and their trolleys are the most challenging things to move. But apart from this my overall experience was nice. You will get things at the most affordable price. I continuously visit this mart, I will increase my star rating once I feel the basket or trolley problem is solved.

Great place to shop for almost all kinds of household products except for fresh veggies and fruits.. huge discounts are offered mostly on all brands.. there are some brands having collaboration with Vishal like Pink Almirah, Mavie, Imli tree etc. and I can say there quality is good and satisfactory since I have personally used these brands.. customers actually have variety of options to choose from there.
