Vishal Mega Mart - Hypermarket in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

As usual, this Mart has wide collection of household products for a very cheaper price, also the clothes are. Maintenance is good. Staff was helpful.

Product is economically good and staff behaviour is good and they are doing well but according to their hard work they need good salary package so kindly work on that if u want better service for customer and your own store growth.

I want to special request to owner of vishal mega Mart chheharta location pls provide uniform to staff if customer need any help from staff we can't judge the staff or customer. Overall good experience bhut staff is not cooperative. I asked something to staff he told muje nhi pta j Mera counter nhi h ap kisi or se pucho. He talking is very rude..pls provide uniform to every staff either billing staff or store staff...

My experience: Staff can be improved(especially one security guard who somewhat behaved a bit rudely while we came for exchange of something) Some features: 1)Quality of products is fine. 2)Price is good. 3) Best thing available is clothings ( low price and decent quality) 4)Earlier trial rooms were not available maybe due to some reasons, but now they are available. Suggestions: Please ask employees to be humble. Thanks. One Major issue, Parking facility is really bad no gaurd for that...

Good place for shopping of clothing men women and grocery products but if return any product return billing staff and security staff behavior are not good according to me
