Vishal Mega Mart - Hypermarket in Shikohabad - default, India

Pathetic experience. All the staff people behave like they own the store. They don't even know how to talk to customers. They need training on how to talk to customers. They have the worst exchange policy. I bought a blanket and it did not fit on my bed but they refused to return it saying they only return shoes, curtains and clothes. Stay Away from this store

Staff behaviour is good to the customers. 4. Various offer available for customers at this mall. 5. Girls outfits or garments available at ground floor. 6. Kids clothes and toys available at first floor. 7. Gents clothes , electronic products,shoes ,trolly bags, available at second floor. 8. Snacks or kitchen products,dinner set, available at third floor. 9. Billing counter available at ground floor. 10. Due to covid 19 entry not available at mall without mask. 11. Mall opening time 8.30am to 8.30 pm. Negative points of mall 1. Due to less staff you have to wait during billing. 2. Sometimes there card swipe machine don't works may be network problem,it's better to have cash in pocket during shopping in this mall.

Required to maintain as shopping mall. Power cut is a big issue. Remains hot inside. Billing is also affected due to power cut. Everytime billing machine has to be rebooted once power supply is off. Content wise good and comparatively cheap.

Good place and vest quality product

This mall is the first mega mall of shikohabad. You can find almost every item here in the convenient price. Staff is also helpful. Place is neat and clean. Space is also quite enough. Vishal mega mart can add some food corners to make this place more useful and fun.
