Firstly, I have been a loyal customer of Vishal Mega Mart for several years and have visited various branches throughout the region. I have always received exemplary service and had pleasant shopping experiences. However, my recent visit to the aforementioned store was wholly different. The main issue I encountered was the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of your store employees. Not only was this individual dismissive of my queries and concerns, but their tone and gestures were offensive and condescending. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, which this employee clearly failed to deliver. Furthermore, the purchased items provided to me were found to be open, despite purchasing a bag from your store for safe packaging. This not only compromised the quality and integrity of the products but also raised questions about the overall hygiene standards maintained at your store. It is essential that all items purchased by customers remain intact and sealed until they are opened by the customers themselves. To rectify this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, I have already lodged a complaint with your customer care department. The complaint number for reference is 640260. However, I believe it is imperative that this concern be brought to the attention of the higher management at Vishal Mega Mart. I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions against the responsible staff member for their rude behavior and against any negligence regarding product handling and safety. Additionally, I possess complete footage of the issue, including the faces of the individuals involved. Good . One destination for many personal items and household items.varied choices .the billing counter needs to be rearranged to avoid long billing time at peak hours and weekends.also there are lots of defective and damaged plastic jug at displayed places.the damaged item should be immediately removed.there pillow cover collection need to be improved

Vishal mega mart .many varities are missing.from this mart. Range is vast but no helping staff to guide and direct the customers.

Big business and don't have change !! Not even one ruppee coin ,and it's their responsibility to give the money not toffee? Will never coming back! Rude staff!

Today i am shoping in vishal megamart ambala cantt .i m very happy for shoping because emergency shoping my shoping time 11.15pm .all market close but ambala cantt all market close but vishal megamart only open ambala cantt

Ii was very bad experience shopping from vishal mega mart in cantt. AC was not working in this humid and hot weather area even trial room was stinking and there was no fan in trial room it was near to death experience. Untidy

Good place with much varieties ... But parking here is a big problem!!!
