Very suffocating environment inside No fan is running nor AC ,lift is not working Less parking space Bathroom is very dirty

According to me i.e. Hardesh, Vishal mega mart is one of the best mart in India (all states). But the portion you hv to upgrade is salesboys/salesgirls who are not professionals ( I am not opposite to sales person) but I need when I have to enter in VMM, there should be a professional person 24x7 for helping and selling/describing things which customer needs (but not Forcecibbly). Rest I love Vishal Mega Mart and I am permanent customer of VMM and I'll be permanent customer till you target middle class families......Thanks VMM for serving middle class people.

It have only few items in grocery, cosmetics and clothes...and not so many people to help ...

Not a trained staff and stocks is very short Never available kids stock

Location is easily reachable. Products are from low to low-medium quality. Prices are high as compared to quality of products. Seasonal cloths collection is good. Use and throw type of cloths. Baby products and cloths are very few . Groceries prices are just the same with local market. Plastic products are not of good quality, prices are ok. Overall a ok ok mart.

For tier 3 cities like Mainpuri ,this place provides experience of a Mall. Staff members are well behaved. This place has variety of goods at reasonable price.

Vishal mega Mart staff service is very worst. Most of the toys under toys section are opened and damaged. And the customers are not allowed to return the toy or exchange to other toys if the purchased one is damaged. Even the management does not support customers. Someone really needs to look into this.

You can go there for a daily Use Things and also for a minimum price Clothes.
