Vishal Mega Mart - Hypermarket in Danapur, Patna - Patna, India

Mall where there is sale whole year. You'll find everything at low price and groceries at less than MRP. Clothes collection is good. Staffs are helpful. No proper baggage counter, you'll have to put your things on dirty floor. There is an issue of parking. AC are always turned off. Staffs are less than required. Too much congested. Trolley and basket are always not available. There is always too much rush. (Try to go there before evening) Only a single trail room is available, that too is dirty.

Best mall but I think they need to clean and manage their mall properly bcoz I see lots of dress,cloth and toys are separated from their place

On 15th October i visited Vishal Mega Mart...... My experience was soo worst because of that person who is at cash counter ............i had boughted 1 cylinder trolley but he added the money twice time ........ I had stand in queue for 10 to 15 min for billing my items but he is to much busy in having conversation with customer....... That's alright may be that customer needs his help ....... My request to the management please have look on it .......... I had never checked my bills before this but after this they broke my trust on it !!

I had the very worst experience here. Staff who are working here are not courteous. They are very rude. Store manager (Shoaib Shamin) once misbehaved with me, when I raised complaint to top management, all were started protecting their rude manager. Staff training is needed, from guard to manager.

Very bad exprience ,, i was buy a toy car and that was broken. When we want to return and exchenge it but they ware not able. The shop management is very poor. Product quality very bad,expry dete is over all products.very bad.

I have been a regular customer, recently got transferred to Danapur. Visited for groceries but disappointed with facilities there ,apart from location and parking, only two trolly was available for entire mart , when asked about to the staff,he told me that they have reminded numbers of time to management, instead make it available for customer,they recommend to use basket. Not going there again, looking for smart bazar next time.

Worst mall I go here two or three times in monthly but whenever I went here these people keep ac off here probably worst experience and when i ask staff about ac he's saying idk please talk to senior. its summer time not winter. Maybe jayada bheed ko dekhte huye AC on karte honge. Note :- Haath pankha lete jaye
