Today I visited Vishal Mega Mart. Took the clothes a few days ago. When we had stolen the same clothes, while coming out of the mall, some staff and store manager of Vishal Mega Mart stopped us and mistakenly said that we had stolen and even after checking, they did not accept their mistake. When we got the bill checked and also asked to check the footage camera, then he used wrong language and we went to the police station and lodged a complaint, even then he was not admitting his mistake, finally I confessed my mistake in front of the police. On the acceptance side, we were also told that the store manager will not show the footage, whatever has to be done, and lastly, I asked the names of some employees, they were telling the wrong names and from the police station, we were told to send a mail to Vishal Mega Mart, Bhangel. Noida Near Bai Police Station. And after today, we will not suggest anyone for shopping from Vishal Mega Mart and your store managers and employees do not have the courtesy to talk to anyone. Over crowded at all times.... and the crowd would make you feel like being in a daily market... Neither are the stuff organised nor does the staff care about it.... even the billing counter staff do not care about the crowd and do nothing about it.... like their were only 2 billing counters open even when the queue was covering the whole ground floor... just go to any other vishal in Noida not this.

The store is in very poor condition, the air conditioning almost never works, all the items are stuffed like it's a store room. The staff isn't helpful at all. Many items which are broken and damaged haven't been replaced. Billing takes ages here to be complete like they have many billing counters but only 2-3 are open and it has a lot of crowd. You can't even stand properly during evening hours.

Vishal mega Mart is good all items are available but not of good quality. Never buy clothes from there it is of very poor quality. There are 3-4 floors with all the items. Eating and daily essentials are also available. You have to wait in a very long queue for your payment. All workers at payment counter do very slow work. There is no proper ventilation available. Lift is also available. You can get kids clothes also. Lots of options are available. Discounts on many items. Electronic gadgets are also available.

Pathetic staff, zero empathy. I went there with my small child and they asked me not to bring child for shopping as you have to wait. How can you behave like this with your customer. I only asked to speed up the return process. Very unhappy with the experience

No parking facility, same product you can get in D-mart or other supermarket. You can get clothes on low rate but quality is not as of price. As of my experience better to go with other supermarket

Entry of this shop is one side and exit is other side . So wen we keep our bags outside with token outside the shop before entry , after the purchase done , we have to go back to entry area to give token and collect our bags . Cheap rates
