This is the worst shopping experience. They do not have a trolley, and the staff do not listen to anything. Everything is unmanaged. I just went there to shop my monthly grocery but came back without buying anything. Bought my grocery from KW Delhi 6 reliance smart shop.

Very poor experience we got yesterday, we two families visited there for clothes and groceries, after spending two hours in collecting clothes and grocery items when we approached for billing, in name of server down they wasted our time, they were not able to swipe cards and even not able to use UPI for atleast 2 hours. Employees are taking money in there own UPI account. Management should be concerned or else there will be no customer after sometime.. As I am not going to Shop there any more.

Located inside vvip mall in basement. It is the only multi-brand department store in Raj Nagar Extension. Located in the basement of VVIP Mall it is large and spacious. the store is a good place for grocery shopping. You can also pick home furnishings like curtains, bedsheets , cushions, etc. at cheap rates. It has a large garments section also but the quality of clothes is not good. The store also has a good luggage section. There is also a section for kitchen utensils and glassware. The home appliances sections is very small and has a limited range of products. Overall the experience is good.

Poor service while billing and checkout they waste a lot of time and it is a complete harresment for old age or disabled people. They blamed us for 10 rupee while we shoped for 1400 rupee and we waited for atleast 40 min and behaved very badly and when it's there mistake they will just say sorry . Cheap service .

I visited the mall today approximately 12 :00 noon. Store was too hot our cloth were wet with sweat. I asked the help desk. She said, what can we do? This is the policy of store. I purchased some mugs etc. At the display ,it was displayed that for Rs 69/ mug if you purchase 2 ,it will cost 49/ each. I purchased 4 bear mug along with some other. The billing girl did not comply the offer and charged Rs 69/ each mug. I protested at help desk. She said that this offer is withdrawn . I ask then why it is still displayed? She has no answer to that. She said you can return the mug and take refund. This is totally unprofessional behaviour. Staff is not courteous and trained no proper dress. Over all experience was horrible.

Always short staffed. No one is available to help during shopping. Billing counters are also empty. Most of the time more than half of the counters are not operating. Whatever counters are working, the people working there are very incompetent. Shopping here is not worth wasting your time.

Good place to purchase almost all essential things. The price is also good. There are offers also.

I have been shopping at VMM for 8 years. But my today's experience at VMM Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad was unsatisfactory. I found staff stressed and burdened. I bought two pouches of tomato sauce. The rate displayed was Rs.140.00 each with offer buy one get one free. But I was charged Rs 158.00 at the counter. Customer service person told me that they have not updated the price. Such things create dissatisfaction.
