Today me and my family came hear for have our lunch I had ordered for Kappa Beef Biriyani From your outlet the beef piece wan not cooked properly .If I become sick vishal food court will be responsible. Worst Food totally dissatisfied.

Ordered few Tea from the Room, they promised will deliver it to the room, called 3 times but even after 1 hour they didn't bring it. Kindly avoid room food service... Pathetic.....

Worst food, worst service, worst hygiene. In April 2022, there was a catering team, they served food equivalent to a restaurants, now they serve food which is not even worth any money

Very poor food... Badly behaviours from staffs... They are not willing to serve food, there are more conscious about her counter matters... Billing staffs and counter staff also lazy standings... We are getting food from here for our situations.. Not from your good food...

I was admitted to Nims hospital for 4 days where this restaurant is located. The food was good with less quantity. The worst service provided by any restaurant in my lifetime. Don't know how the hospital management allowed them to operate. They provide food for patient which is included in room rent. They provided it on time but for the bystander they took orders before 11am but even after 2pm they didn't deliver it to my room. The intercom was not working. Afterwards when we went to the restaurant and asked they said they will give now. The manager was not answering to my queries and was standing there irresponsibly. After 15 minutes I got the food. It happened for two days. Today I went to have tea & snacks by 4pm. The fans provided for the patients & bystander area was not working but the ones provided for the counters where their staffs are standing & the one reserved for hospital staffs was working. Even after having so many electricians in the hospital itself the Vishal food court team doesn't seek their help at all. In simple malayalam I was supposed to ask the Vishal catering team " pooyi cttuutte ddoo".

Vishal Food Court Food is somewhat good but the dine in service & room service is very very very worst. They are not fit for doing food restaurants in hospitals

Food is healthier and tastier for hospital ambience ...! They never turn Fans even people fed up with heat ..! Service is too bad ..!
