This residency is located very near to the Temple, Sea, and the Bus stand. Has a Small vinayagar temple infront, and a Murugan temple inside it (Near to the car parking). You can see many peacocks roaming around this residency. Hot water, AC, room services are good. You can prefer Ganesh mess for food, and Udhaya Coffee bar for Tea/coffee; both are very nearby.
I booked this place to visit the temple on Sunday.... I booked a room over the phone without paying any advance ..... reception service was good ... Due to non availability of AC rooms I booked only a Non AC room... I paid them after I reached there
This hotel is very close to the Murugan temple and beach, at walkable distance .. .. Solar heaters are available for hot water....entirely satisfied with the service and price for the room

Rooms are not clean, cowwebs are seen in room and restroom,water is salty, mosquitos are huge even though complained to staff they are very rude and worst behaviour,even if you extend 1 hour they will charge you oneday room rent. Never recommend this to anyone.
At just few steps away from temple I think this is the best location, i went on 24/06/22 just one day and it costs 770 for double bed room ( non AC ) 2 person . If u want to add one more person then it's 150 extra that's 920 per night for 3 ppl. As far as basic amenities shower , bathroom and toilet are attached with continues supply of hot water and normal water in pipe , lift is available so older ppl can use just near temple so quick stop and go. Management is nice ,I heard reception ppl were rude but when I talked they were nice. Ample car parking space available. Call and confirm your booking before going direct. They also have Tv with selected tamil channel incase u stay and want to relax.
