They should really work on their quality. No food test and quality. No hygiene care and cleaning Only expansion of resort is not worth. You have a really good location But please look into the services food quality and maintainence of your resort
If you are coming to enjoy waterpark then not recommended. By 1 to 2.30 they close all slides and pools. They don't allow to go in swimming pool or rides. Food is ok, not that good.
It was a great experience in this resort. I went here with my family. It's a very good option in this budget, because you are getting pick and drop service free, food is also included in it. We enjoyed a lot here on the Adventurous rides & pools with our family. You can get both Veg & Non-veg Food options here. Wave pool is too much fun & it was very amazing we enjoyed a lot in wave pool.
The overall experience is really nice according to the budget they provide with really tasty Breakfast and Lunch (Veg and Non Veg Both are available). Just the rooms are not that clean and some pools were not cleaned before the resort starts.
Sabse ghatiya Breakfast and lunch veg and non vej is worst, Waste of money to go this Visava Resort, Vaha sabhi Lukkhe aur tapori ladke hai jo bat bat pe dhamki aur gali dene lagte hai, They doesnt respect to ladies or girls. There was no maintenance on that rides risky of public lifes. Please Dont go there full of waste and worst experience i had in my life, Its better to go in Rajhans or Kshitij its better than this ghatiya resort...
Pathetic.. !! Staff urge into fights for no reason they don't know how to treat their customers. No good food, children swimming pool not kept clean, lots of chlorine in water which causes infection to the body. Never visit their staff runs into fights without any valid reason. steal valuable items and money. No sense of talking uses abusive words when given any instructions.. Don't Ever visit this worst resort. Their staff think it's their resort and do anything they want as per their convenience..
Worst experience!!! Their was no sense of hygiene in this resort. Toilets and changing rooms were not cleaned and they stink. There was not a single presence of a cleaning staff member. The lockers room was in poor condition. The food was bad. The Resort lacked the overall management and co-operation. Resort is way under staffed to deal with huge crowd. i cant give also 1 star 3rd class experience Ghatiya
