The doctors and tests are better but consultancy and time management is very poor, it will take a lot of time for consulting doctor.
Waiting time for general consultation is 6 hours. Eye exams are quick but doctor consultations are the worst. Due to lack of proper appointment facility all the patients arrive on time and have to wait for hours. It is as if the patients have no commitments other than waiting their turn. Even the doctor arrives late.
Better to visit other eye hospitals in Gajuwaka.
Also legal action needs to be taken against this hospital.

I booked an appointment for VEP test telephonically.wasted my whole day, getting an answer after reaching there that we don't conduct the test .
They told that they couldn't comprehend on phone.but gave the appointment date and time, without bothering to know what the patient actually wants.
