1- We booked appointment at morning 9 Am for diabetic doctor because of blood reports late they rescheduled for after 2pm , we came 1:30hrs before again because of heavy flow they rescheduled to after 4pm. 2- Here, I have came with diabetic patient , He was waiting from morning onwards , how could he stand without food water.?? 3- what does meaning of appointment have to come 2hrs before, whoever suffering with diabetes make him more suffer. 4- Doctors and hospital doesn't have capacity to treat people atleast categorize patients. Why that much of greedy?

Best treatment in town for Diabetes. You have to do the lab tests with them for sure even if you already have'em. There is no place for car parking. Only bike parking is available. So plan accordingly.

Pharmacy employees in medical shop support worst they don't know minimum curtosy & patience to talk with patients

Fees has increased to INR 600. Previously it was INR 500. Also I'm not sure about the staff prescribing tests are qualified or not. As I observed they are writing tests for every patient. This is not informed earlier. So patients coming on empty stomache have to revisit the clinic in the afternoon. My suggestion they get their blood sugar test before day and come. That way they can save time.

Horrible medical centre... No AC, No clean toilets, the whole clinic stinks and most important to mention the staff are irresponsible, they think that they are Dean of Medical university. The staff think that they are doing free public service to the patients.Jayanthi and team just learn how to deal with patients, they are not there for holidays and they don't like seeing your faces often. The visiting doctors should look into the facility infrastructure and ensure that everything is under good conditions, and the patients get value for money. Please take note of the bad reviews and start improving.

The staffs are not so compatible... It's very torture to sit due to wrong information of time and schedule. They made me to wait around two hours by telling just 10 mins and here we go next... Hope this goes work well next time... But must say I visited Dr phani nephrologist, treatment of him is very good.

We have been visiting this clinic from last 2 years. Too much waiting and bad response from staff. No use of taking appointments. When I ask feed-back form, they have given small white paper. I surprised they behavior. I wish I had some negative rating to give staff and waiting time. But, why I preferred this clinic is.... Doctors are very nice and treatment was good. Also, my dad feel better health after consulting Shri. Dr. K.A.V. Subhrahmanyam garu. I Feel that, he is one of the best Doctor in Vizag city. My only suggestion to Management is...... Please give good training to staff and change the present appointment system to reduce waiting time. Why I choose this flat form to give my review, I waited a week to get feed-back from management, but there is no response. I feel that, my complaint didn't reach management. This clinic is maintaining good infrastructure and Technology. But, there is no complaint box or website to share the experience of visitors.

The WORST RECEPTION. Even don't know the manners of communication to that lady. Her gestures is through eyes. Since morning der are making us to run till evening. Doctor is nit at all in time and everything lack of communication. Doctor service is good. But if the staff behaves so diabetic patients suffers alot.. In the meanwhile witout doctor's prescription they told us to take diabetic profile which cists 3000/-. What is this scam. Such a negligence and we are from narsipaynam came eaely in the mornung at 8:00am and rumning till 4:00pm... Its too pathetic... Such a worst experience to me. This unskilled staff speaks lies on RFD timings and behaves as if doctors.. Has to go only for the doctor's nature and treatment. ..... CHI CHI CHI
