Visakha Child Care Centre - Hospital in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Well, I want to share my experience and nothing personal. I took my baby with 102 degree temperature, and doctor hardly spent 2 minutes of his time and prescribed paracetamol and mefenamic and asked us to use the medicine for 3 days. He didn't even borthred to investigate what might be the cause for such high temperature. Next day I visited to other doctor and came to know my baby had huge amount ulcers whole his mouth. I believe doctors should do the basic investigation to identify the cause and then only advise proper medication.

My sister has been consulting him for her child for more than 5 years and they used to travel 1 and half hour just to consult him even for fever and this guy along with his staff when her child of 13 years old got dengue then instead of giving proper medicines they simply send him home by giving basic medicines and they lost their one and only 13 years child because of improper guidance by sisters in the hospital....please be careful of this hospital.if given a chance definitely i would complaint about this hospital.

Good Hospital with all the basic facilities for child care. Good Doctor who gives sufficient time and explains in details about diagnosis, Best in Gajuwaka.

I switched to this doctor after terrible experience with Dr Ram Ganesh @sriharipuram, however this hospital turned to be not less disappointment within short time , can't complain about the doctor,but rest all is huge disappointment, specially the staff at the reception and the nurses proved to be very unprofessional and ready for arguments when questioned about reckless behaviour and approach,mostly they enjoy being on phones rather serve the patients . pathetic experience.

One star for rude staff behavior. All the staff members are behaving like unprofessional and I can say the nurses and lab guy are really worst and not at all friendly to the children and parents, they are taking blood samples without allowing parents inside which is really a worst thing I have seen in this hospital. Hospital environment is not at all friendly to the children, no toys nothing. I never recommend this hospital to any child and your loved one's, even the treatment for my child is not good and went to another hospital next day , I never think of this hospital again. Note to the management: Please take care of the staff behavior otherwise hospital reputation will spoil in no time.

Hi, My baby was hospitalized for 3 days in this hospital. If you think of ideal clinic for Children in Gajuwaka, this could be a better option. Ambience of hospital is too good. You will definitely experience good feeling in this clinic. This hospital distinguishes from rest of all clinics. Dr.Kishore Raju is nice person. Treatment is good here. I can strongly recommend this doctor for kids / infants. Doctor's rich taste and planning can be observed in this hospital.
