It is less hectic compared to kappad beach . When u are visiting kappad on Sunday and need calm area u can visit here. Nice and can be calm. There is no visiting items available , but u need a beach with calmness then u can prefer here.

Wow that was amazing feeling I spend more than 4houre there it felt so cool and peace its near to mosque its has a vibrant Aura there

The beach is clean unlike many in Mumbai,Vizag and Chennai. The sand is golden and looks beautiful when the sunshine falls on it. The beauty gets even more enhanced when it rains as in high tide,you can see huge waves hitting the shore. One has to go through the veli tourist village to go in and there is a floating restaurant and many small vendors for having a bite.
