One of the best place to hang out with your friend and family there would be a crowd of people here on weekends there is no entry fee or any thing and there are no shopes near by so when ever you're planning to go there just buy the products atleast 3 km before the location there would not be able to get anything from here and tho there are lots of resorts here if you guys wanna chill and have night there that would be best option you to have

Best place for adventure outing... the rocks are slippery beware of that....and its bit dangerous to cross the river in non raining seasons....you can't even go near this place during monsoon time due to the force of water ....this place is just a few kilometres away from Dream world park....! A very good place to relax and you can also take a bath here...relaxing place....and less explored place so...the crowd will be less......! Good vibe and eye cooling experience

Lovely spot... Especially from Nov to Feb when the river flow is less. We can take kids and it's completely safe as the water level would be very low.

A place that you should include when you come to visit athirappilly

Virippara is on the way to athirappalli falls , turn right before reaching thumboormuzhi butterfly park . Its really a wonderful place for families for bathing and spend time . view of the river is spectacular and the water is clear . Evenings are the best time to visit here . rock surface is a bit slippery take enough care while stepping on them.

If you are looking for a waterfall which is good for kids and family, this is a must place to visit.
