It is about 20 km from Munnar and the drive is fabulous. Entry fee is 59 Rs per person. The waterfall lies at a short distance downhill from the entry point. It's breathtakingly beautiful. Swimming is allowed, but be careful not to cross the rope tied by forest security forces.
Fantastic view point and nice place for taking a bath in chill natural water. The waterfall also looks like an excellent scene. We enjoyed it a lot here
Nice water falls in Munnar where we can take a dip . There is two entrance for this falls . We went thru a longer way where we parked car and trek for 30 mins for this place . But there was a another way from top where the road is near by from entrance. Had good water since it was in rainy season ( June 1 st week ) and every one enjoyed it . Water was so chill . Entry fee of 50 is charged and Forest guards are present in entrance. Beware of leech since it's in forest Area .
Great place, small to medium size. There's a spot where the rock is quite slippery and nothing to hold onto above that area. Saw 2 lifeguards, neither paid much attention to be honest so was a bit worried. Some parts are shallow and some parts are deep. You buy 50 rupees ticket per person then go to the waterfall. I got some amazing photos so worth it for me.
I wanted a waterfall with facility to swim. This is the place. Very good place for those who know swimming. Beginners can enjoy in the half water pool.. Dress changing facility available with decent maintenence. Overall good place.
