Dont want a fix slot. Mohan and Sunita Mam always keep motivating you. And above all, its Virender Malhan Gym, a five times Mr. India, who is always keen to tell you about the correct way of getting the exercise done. and he is very helpful telling the Diet plan. At last, but not the least it is quite affordable. Apart from the men, I recommend it to the Girls and household wife who ,ay go in the afternoon as Sunita bhabhji is always available.
