The owner is a vile and greedy fellow. He's a disgusting, money-hungry and unreasonable person not fit to even have a decent or respectable talk with. I had booked a room, by paying Rs5k, for single occupancy on the ground/first floor on his promise that a room would get vacated on the said floors in 15 days' time. When I got there, 15 days later, with my bags and ready to move in, he said that a room on the 5th floor is available, with one occupant already living in it, whose bags and everything were unpacked in the room and that I'd have to move in to this room, when already I had specifically booked a room on Ground/first floor. Hesitantly, I had no other choice but to agree, because I was already moving out of my then-current PG. Then he brings to my notice that I'd have to pay 2 months rent as Security (22k) + the rent for that month (11k) Since, 2 months rent is unusual and I could not afford to move in with paying that much money, I chose not to move in there and luckily found a single room nearby to move into that very day. Now, since I had paid a booking amount of 5k to move in Virat Mansion, but had to pull out, I asked the owner to refund that money. But he straight away refused it. When I asked where is it written that you can forfeit the booking amount, he said that it's not written anywhere that I can't forfeit it also. Even after pleading much and saying that I don't earn much to have this much money gone, he didn't even bat an eye or wasn't even sympathetic. It was only 5k, but it was more worth to me than it was for him to have to let go of that money. I understood that he wasn't going to pay back to me then, I had to leave there because there wasn't much else I could say to him, without crying. I would suggest people please, beware of this opportunist, back stabbing and evil person. He'd not think twice before he pulls a trick on you.
Had a very pleasant experience throughout the time I stayed here, approx 3 years. Owner, Mr Prashant Chauhan is like a big brother to me and is very straightforward which I personally liked. Regular cleaning, free wifi and gym,all one could ever ask for! Would recommend everyone to stay here
The PG is great. The Best thing of this PG is the Hospitality, it is very Comfortable for students, good food, and it's just 400-500metres from Amity University Just 5 minutes walking. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The owner of the PG is wonderful, they will help you with everything you need. You will find a rooftop gym in this property which was great thing for me as it is free for all people staying in PG they are very kind and make you feel like home. I have seen many PGs but this PG No competition, value for money. Definitely I'll be back!
Here you get many facilities which are not available in any PG around here like - power backup, free wifi, free drinking water (filtered water), gym, bike parking, and many more. The staff is also very nice here. 2 years have passed since I lived here but I don't realize it because you get the same atmosphere as home here. If you also want to stay in a good PG then do visit here once.
It is totally hygienic and maintained by the owner. For the better, the manager's office/ home on the ground floor for the support as well. Secondly, he is a good trainer for the gym. Third, Food tiffin is also available there. Its fully camera surveillance and entry and exit from your finger touch. AC and non AC both available. I have lived there for 2 years
Owner is a MONEY MINDED person.Never have I ever seen such a selfish, greddy and ungenerous person in my life. He traps innocent people into renting his pg for whole of year. And in the middle of the year he asks to vacate giving no notice at all. Owner misbehaves and is very unprofessional. Stay away from this pg if you want to save your money and your mental peace. Much better options are available nearby.
Most affordable pg in sector 126. neet and clean pg and friendly staff. you get many facilities are available here like wifi, RO, geaser, gym ac/coller, power backup etc.
One of the worst pg I have ever seen till now. The owner of the pg is highly money minded. He never keeps up his words. He may ask you to vacate at any point just for the sake of money. He does not know how to treat and respect the ppl.
