Our stay was very good. We had 3 rooms booked. Very comfortable. Staff was very courteous n polite. Had all our meals there. Very good food. Family friendly place.

It's a good property,all the staff are very friendly they treat customer as their own family but one old lady don't know how to treat with customers I asked for sugar pouch cuz I was taking coffee from that coffee machine 1st they gave us 1sugar pouch only and when we asked for 1 more she replied take the sugar from where u bought coffee. She treat us like outsiders and enemy.i was the regular guest of pool but now onwards I will not go to that pool all staff is so friendly but the owner must look of that lady.

It's a good & Best Resort for Family & Friends I visit, Last 2days Ago.all the staff are very friendly they gives us Good Hospitality,they treat us as their own Brother's but one old lady treat us like a Enemy , we feels very bad because of an old lady, she does not even talk as a good Manner with the costumers in this resort, because of this old lady, the customers do not want to go to the resort next time,,

Still has got it's charm as I have been visiting since my teen days!!! Again visited on 10th July with my daughter for a swim in the evening but the water in the pool was so dirty that you can't even see through properly underwater!!! Seems like since weekned water has not been treated properly!!! So it's my humble request to the management to install a proper swimming pool water filtration plant to avoid any contamination in the pool, which is a serious hygine issue for the general public!!! Just a chlorine treatment of water is not sufficient to clean a pool!!! I hope Viramma Resort management will take immediate action in this matter!!! As per the charges a proper service should be provided! Thankyou

..very friendly nature of the staffs.. Well maintained place. Ask for anything it will be in front of you in no time.

Pathetic service,lack of communication,expensive and according to the price, room wasn't upto the mark... And the receptionist(lady) should learn how to communicate with the guests ... Bad experience.
