well.. the main attraction of the resort would be the location and the hospitality.. with the most helpful manager i'hv ever met..Harshita.. rooms are luxury,food is good.. and you get awesome tea for 15rs.. must visit of you are planning for a chillout in a remote location(78kms from Madikeri bus stop, direct KSRTC busses available) with none to disturb.. only thing to remember: the stuffs can't speak anything accept kannada, so better to have a translator, or gestures will do overall experience: awesome
Food was not bad. Waiters were rude. Will never ever visit again. Wanted to give 4 star in the beginning. But while coming out, decided to give two star coz of rude behaviour.
We had wedding event in Parpunja so we thought of staying here including bride.there was no hot water in the afternoon when we arrived ,wasn't there even after n the morning although they said they will switch on in the morning.we were in a suite room still doors were pathetic making noises when you try to open close them,all including bride had to take shower in cold water at 4;am in the morning .there was a guy for help there who was useless in all senses .he was clueless abt any questions asked to him and there was no provision vto make tea neither to order tea from same place.there aren't any hotel or restaurant near the place ,also next to this place is a bar,i won't recommend this place to anyone
