Excellent place for worthy stay. Very polite staff, quick service. Food quality was also excellent. Ambience of hotel was very good and peaceful. One drop is little bit far from jammu airport. I like hotel interior and lobby area lighting. Overall it's wow experience
The food quality is very very bad,so terrible couldn't eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay.
Very bad service. Management behavior or welcoming ethics are 0. They even didn't provide food and staying facilities to the drivers. Very unconvinced.

The hotel service was good but the decor vendor they have tied up with has the worst services. 2 months before the function everything was finalised, the decor quote, the required changes and the deal was closed. One day before the event that vendor changed his mind, increasing the prices saying there was a confusion. Everything was clearly present in the chat but he sticked to the new quote. The hotel has a rule that you cannot get your own decor vendor, you have to get it from their vendor. So you have no other option but to agree to his demands. The changes that were asked at the very beginning were also not followed till the last moment. If you get any service from outside vendor, they will harass you at the main event. Complete payment is taken as advance payment so you get stressed and are helpless at the last moment.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food was amazing. Only problem was with mini fridge which was not working, the staff came and changed the fridge but to no avail. Overall it was a decent stay. Staff was courteous
