I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your restaurant, particularly in relation to the delay in the delivery of my parcel. This experience was further aggravated by the carelessness of your employees, whose mistakes led to an unnecessary waste of my time. To begin with, the delay in the delivery was exasperating. I placed my order with the expectation that it would be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and unfortunately, this was not the case.
