I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your restaurant, particularly in relation to the delay in the delivery of my parcel. This experience was further aggravated by the carelessness of your employees, whose mistakes led to an unnecessary waste of my time. To begin with, the delay in the delivery was exasperating. I placed my order with the expectation that it would be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and unfortunately, this was not the case. Waiting for an extended period without any clear communication on the delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your restaurant's commitment to customer service. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your operations that led to this disappointing experience. Improvements in both time management and employee accountability are essential for maintaining the trust and loyalty of your customers.
