Awesome location and very cooperative staff specially Arvind bhaiya. We had taken AC room of 4 beds for a family. Room was clean, spacious and ventilated. Staff was also very polite and on their toes.We had asked them to get the medicines which is not available easily ,they went around and had taken extra efforts to search for the medicine around the city in the rain and ensured that they get the medicine. I am very happy and satisfied with their service and highly recommend.
The only good thing about this Guest House is it's Location otherwise rooms are just like some station side hotel and price is also high. No phone is there in the room for calling reception. Parking space is there..
Stayed here with family for a Pilgrimage trip. But staying here ruined my entire trip. No room service No tea / lunch / dinner Even they don't give water to drink, they just say, R.O. is on 1st floor, take from there. Staff behaviour is so aggressive...that you will forget why we have come to Varanasi ?
