I stayed here for 2day, locality of hotel is good. Very worst service, money minded people, they are very good at "paisa vasool" not in service. Room are not cleaned before allocation. There was bad smell.

In My two days they didn't knocked my door for room service but 2nd day early morning knocked the door for collecting 2nd day tarrif, collected extra money but not given at the time of check out.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days, apart from few adjustments everything was fine for me. Beds are good, staff is good and responsive. Owner "Sri Hari" is very responsive, though he didn't pick my call, he called his managers and staff and resolved the issues when ever i called him. Clean rooms and nice place to stay for 1-2 days
Except location (easy to find) .. not good at all. Online and reception has a different things to say. Used it only to keep my luggage and freshen up. So can be used only for such purpose but again charges doesn't match service.
Too much mosquitoes . Not able to sleep. When asked to hotel people, they are asking me to pay for mosquito coil or to mosquito bat. Worst behaviour from reception person. Provided us very small single. However when we booked and paid for triple bedroom for my family. Not enough pillows provided,. When I asked him. He told me that this hotel normally don't prefer online book. As people who book online are making too much noise and not adjustable. For anything, we asked reception person told as to "Please adjust". I do I will say this hotel is poorly sanitized. As there were too much big size mosquitoes. And we did vacate this place immediately in early morning. This is not go to place for family stay. Overall total waste of time and money booking hotel.
Worst place to stay. Rooms not clean, even water not provided. Least bothered to ask if anything is required.AC not working properly and room filled with water drain from AC. Had to complaint and need to change the room at 10.30 pm.
Worst management, receptionist (that chubby guy behaviour is too worst). No cleaning and no light atleast. All are worst and waste of money . I was totally disappointed and I went with my family on dharshan purpose. Name aithe VIP but it's worst than normal small hotels.
No hot water. No in house restaurant. Bed sheets were not changed and toilet was not cleaned before we checked-in and my request to clean the same post check-in was easily ignored by the hotel's room service. TV was not working either. Even after paying full amount in advance we were forced to make a caution deposit of Rs. 2000/- before-hand at the time of check-in and had huge huge ( like real huge) trouble recollecting it at the time of check-out. Hotel staff were courteous enough to communicate. The room was clean to an acceptable level but traces of trash left behind by previous stayers were ostentatiously present. Being located close to the main road and just next to a bus stop, the room ( the room allocated to us # 207, its a triple bed A/C room) was poorly designed to insulate the horn sound and had to bear the wrath of various heavy motor drivers with their horn honking all through our stay at this motel. In the end, I'd say I had a very tough time staying at this motel and all I personally wanted was to get out of the room during my entire stay at this place. Saying this, I'd strongly not recommend staying at this hotel. Please look for better options including TTD's e- accommodation services. I availed one of its( TTD's e-accommodation at Tirmula) services the previous time I visited Tirupathi and I found the room too good for the money I paid and if you stayed there too you'd definitely not like staying at VIP residency.
Spacious and clean room/homestay..well maintained building! Must recommend if you are planning to visit tirupati balaji temple in tirumala. House keeping and manager were supportive!
Amazing service and the staff are very helpful. I had a lot of personal documents on me and they made me feel so safe with my belongings. The rooms were so clean and hygienic. I would definitely recomand this place for anyone coming to Tirupathi.
