Store manager is friendly and helpful.

Warranty claimed for my damaged bag and it was changed in a week. The staff of the store is very cooperative.
Worst....waste.... totally dissatisfied....i gave my two brief cases for servicing.they told that it takes one week for servicing...even after three weeks also,the service was not done.they gave the technician contact no. And told to communicate with him and the no. Was switch off.finally they gave other private service centre address which was located in Purna market.
My suggestion is where there is a service,there will b sale...without good service,no one prefer to buy VIP products.
The private service centre rectified my issue at the earliest and finally I was dissatisfied with the vip service.
Awasome service by VIP store member..Just in one hour my damaged bag got replaced...very patient to customers and explained all possible ways to take alternative bags if I like. Very much impressed with the service...
Good range. Sales staff are good. But no proper parking for 4 wheelers
Only priority for sales, service will take time because spares are available at different location. Suggest you to visit any other place where proper service is available.
