Not as per expectation. Shower in the bathroom is not working. Mug is broken and has outlived it's life but still in use. Meal preparation is homely. Morning tea is served at 8 am. Improvement needed for maintaining it's reputation.

One of the best Guest Houses of MCL for VIPs. Not meant for general public. It is located at Budhijam. Orient Transit House & IB House are two other guest houses in its close proximity. Orient Swimming Pool Club is near this Guest House. Booking is done by MCL HQ & IB Valley Area.
Food is Healthy & Tasty. Staff behaviour is courteous. Caretaker is informative & attentive.Ambience is class. Cutlery, Linen are up to standard.
It's a private guest house managed by Mahanadi coal fields Ltd. Very good for stay .
Location of Guest house is near Lajkura Coal mine and due to coal dust not maintained properly.
It's a training camp area where mining student come, stay for their training. Very beautiful places.
