Very poor service. My VIP trolley was under warranty, and it's wheels were broken. I was supposed to get them replace with original VIP wheels of good quality but they replaced with local quality, and the same replaced wheel broken within a week. Don't trust them.

This Vip center has genuine bags with decent prices. Bought a few bags and i must admit they are long lasting and stylish.
