VIP APEX Medical Centre Pvt. Ltd. - Private hospital in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

I had called to seek advice for a vaccination of influenza, which is prescribed by Dr. V S Baid, a renowned pulmonologist in Kolkata. However, the lady on the call representative of the hospital, outrightly refused by saying since it is prescribed by a doctor which is not of the same hospital, hence they will not provide service for a vaccination to a patient who needs the vaccination. My question is how could a medical institution refuse a medical service for a sick person. This hospital should be closed and boycotted as they don't have any empathy for a sick person. If money is the question, we were ready to pay, but they didn't listen to me. PATHETIC AND DISGRACEFUL.

I was admitted last 4 days for dengue treatment,my experience was very very bad,there are doing only buisness how to collect money for wrong way,first there are showing Rs.20000 money charge for test, when I say don't need all those test and I want only dengue and maleria test there are very rude and forsefully there are need written my mom, thats types so many problems we are facing and discharged day give to me Rs.39985 hospital bill and Rs.4989 medicine bill, when I asked that bill was wrong there are threats me that "if you want to sit and wait I will change 1 day bill extra" very rudely, this is told me vip apex hospital room incharge person. Do you believe only 4 day dengue patient treatment cost Rs.45000?? That's why I suggest if you care about your patient then don't go vip apex,there are dont know how to care patient and give it to you unwanted bill that all medicine don't use your patient but your bill should be pay otherwise you receive threats if you ask anything about why bill high.

Very bad hospital, staff are very rude, and charge a lot of money. No treatment is done here only business.

Even if it is emergency they will not treat you until you get admitted . After that they will tell you to have plenty of test just to take your money. They will not discharge the patient and tell you to wait till condition become. Normal even the doctors is not available. Meeting time with patient is very less If you want to waste your money and precious time then do visit. One of the worst experience of my life in this hospital.

It provides all medical help along with multiple doctors and a pharmacy as well as blood test room, usg room, xray room and all medical faculties

Today morning visited this place for the first time along with my wife for Covid 19 Vaccine Precautionary dose. Everything is good, staff behaviour, the management processes. In one sentence, we have come out with a good experience and on a happy note.

I will give zero to this nursing home, no proper infrastructure, rates of doctor are high. The doctors come 2 to 2:30 hours late from the appointed time, The management authority has nothing to say and does not see wether the doctor come in specified time mentioned in there list, The nurses and staffs are third class, behaviour is rude What a frustrating nursing home.
