The studio has a very soothing ambience, with the highly committed founders Lalitha and Gaurav giving dedicated lessons with personalised attention to each yogi. I had a yoga session with Sir Gaurav a couple of days ago. For the first time, I tried to do some asana using the stick, very really interesting and effective technique. I had the great opportunity to take part in Vinyas yoga studios Yogic getaway in Romania. I did yoga at Vinyas during both my pregnancies. It helped me stay calm positive and healthy and resulted in a smooth deliveries both the times.Also did postpartum yoga here which helped me in good and safe recovery .Best place for both pre and post natal yoga in Gwalior.
