Right now I'm admitted in this hospital for vertigo problem..dr.pratik parekh explain very simple way my problem n vins hospital staff food cleanes behaviour very nice.all you get what u expected for good hospital....hope u all never need if incase you need this is best option

I was admitted to Vins and I have a contrary view of some reviews, of which there were allegations that the 5 star reviews were given by patients who were enticed by the management. I am very Happy with the Doctors who attended to me and my special Thanks to Senior Dr. Rakesh Shah & Dr.Maulik Panchal who explained in Detail and left no Stone unturned on their Diagnosis. They with their vast experience have also explained the after effects as well the course of recovery. I am well satisfied and have great gratitude towards the entire team. The diets were well scrutinised and offered timely and the food was of high quality. My special Gratitude to the Nursing Staff who looked after my well being to the fullest. My Special room was kept clean and cleaning details were very well observed. Whatever some suggestions were given, were implemented immediately. The Physiotherapists were prompt and took great efforts, I Thank them also. The overall ratings should have been a 5 Star, but I have given 4 star as there may be some false thinkers who may say I too was biased. I Wish them great Success and keep the efforts moving. My salute to the Doctors.

So our consultanting doctor was Dr. Rakesh Shah, he was excellent in his field. And ofcourse explains well in simple language. Now about services and facilities, I'm really happy with that as well. First you just don't have to worry about patient, they will take care of all the stuffs like medicines on time, lunch, breakfast and other stuff as well. By the way for the patient, home-made food is not allowed. If you are local means from Baroda, then only one person is allowed with patient. And if you are like from out of baroda may be then 2 persons are allowed. Probably this kind of policy is there. Bed for the relative is ofcourse also available. Neat and clean and well organized Hospital. Staff was also helpful and polite. There are mainly 3 types of rooms are available. 1.] General Ward [ 3 patients in a room] 2.] Semi special [2 patients in a room] 3.] Special As of my experience general ward and semi special difference doesn't make much sense. Difference which is considerable is bed for the relative is beside to patient's bed in semi special room while in general ward bed is in different space away from the patient's bed. About an expenses, Moderate. Overall I'm satisfied with all the aspects. And also recommended.

Not very impressed. Doesn't look so neat and clean. Doctors are very good. Dotors don't take advantage of patience. Looks very old-fashioned and needs to jack up.

Beware, most of the 5 star reviews are from internal employees only. Management asks staff to rate here for better perks for them. Coming to my experience, they are utter unprofessional. They force you to get operated when it can be treated without that also. My relative's health deteriorated after the operation. If you ask any questions, they don't have time to listen to patient. Their standard answer is "We can't predict how patient body reacts". Only prediction they get correct is hefty money collection by telling patients to get operated. They charge for even a single relative to stay with patient. Reply to the Comment : I tired to contact you multiple times during hospital stay and after that also. Standard replies were : Lunch is going on for Admin, Doctor is busy, Owner is out of station. Response to last comment : I sent you 5 email, called you 8 times. No response. As expected.

Unprofessional Assistant doctors Had a bad experience with the staff who did not connect me with the Dr. in consultation for my Wife, I was travelling and out of Vadodara where my Wife visited with her reports and met Dr. Rakesh whose consultation my wife was not clear about, hence i had to call the hospital where the staff Smitha / Swati she wasn't clear literally denied transferring the call to Dr. Rakesh and kept giving excuses sometime she said Dr. was with a patient sometimes she said Dr. Rakesh was not at the hospital and was finding ways to disconnect my call. Is this what we call patient care then we will have to seriously rethink over visiting this hospital again.
