I recently got done with a laser eye surgery (PRK). While this is a lesser opted choice for people, Dr. Vinit Shah was extrememly helpful, supportive and guided me very well through the entire process, including through the post surgery followups. It is helpful when the Dr. explains and attends to all your queries and I am happy that Dr. Shah did that too. The clinical staff as well is pleasant and considerate.

One of the best ophthalmologists & retina surgeons in Mumbai. Dr. Shah is very calm, listens to all doubts & helps through every treatment. The clinic & operation theatre is very well equipped. I have been his patient for 8+ years now. Highly recommended.

Hello, myself and my husband visit this clinic very frequently and we consider Dr. Mahendra shah as our family doctor. But the experience we had yesterday was very bitter. We had taken our 2 year old kid first time with us for his cough and cold. The doctor and staff is very strict about the numbers assigned to patients however today when some people of religious virtue had come they got preference over all of us and went straight inside. When my husband tried to intervene and question them, Mr. Vinit Shah, his son intervened and very arrogantly asked us to keep quiet or get out. We kept quiet then and went inside when our number came. That time Dr. Mahendra shah himself questioned us about our religion and beliefs which was totally unnecessary as it was a clinic and not some religious place. All we put forth was equal preference for all patients irrespective of caste, religion or beliefs and he clearly denied the same. On top of this he continued to support his arrogant son who is also a very reputed doctor, but certainly doesn't know how to respect his patients. We refused his treatment and walked out of the clinic. If this is a justified behaviour by the doctors there, God bless their future patients.

Dr Vinitji is not only a excellent Doctor but also a very nice human being. Very Patient and smiling, Builts confidence. Does not scare . A rare Doctor to find .God bless him. Thank you Doctor Vinit for taking good care of me.

My father referred me to dr Vinit for Lasik surgery. Liked the way Dr Vinit did the surgery, it can be stressful for some (including me). But his proactive instructions helped me throughout the duration. My eyesight was back to normal in 5-6 days. He also instructed on post surgery care since I had to travel back to Norway. My eyes are 20 years younger now.
