I recently purchased the school uniform for my child and I am disappointed with the poor quality of the product. very bad experience and service also not good. A few buttons were already loose when the uniform arrived, Over a short period of time, more buttons began to loosen and fall off, leading to an embarrassing situation for kids at school. The choice of using weak materials for these buttons reflects poorly on the manufacturer's commitment to producing reliable products. Parents invest in uniforms with the expectation of receiving a quality product. Service and response are also not the proper way. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that their products reflect the standards expected by parents and students.
