Totally wrong calculations. If we correct them,sorry we have mistaken. Not for one time but most of the times. They even tell gold rate higher thanarket rate. If we ask them, sorry u r correct and makes calculations based on that. Billing is totally fake. They apply both making charges and wastage charges. Definitely will not go here again or would suggest to anyone. Really bad experience

This is located in Abids beside chermas shop. It is famous for gold and will have only gold related items. It is a 2 storey building with gold in 2 floors. We can purchase gold here without consumer GST but the raw GST of 3% will be applicable. Here the ornament gold rate will be charged with 22 karat rate and the making charges will be applicable based on the ornament with 10 to 20%. Overall a fine place to get the gold here.

Bad experience on second floor. Perticular sales team focused on family and group of people only, if we went single or two, they won't respond properly. Management not maintaining proper hospitality staff. Mostly sales team focusing on bulk orders only. We spent there almost one hour to purchase a braslet for my sister, they are don't showing interest to show proper models and explaining on them. On this good experience we turn of our thoughts to do my sister marriage shopping here. Thank god we experienced before.
No 1 fraud gold shop I have ever experienced. One of my bloody friend suggested me to this shop. I purchased long chain about 7 tulas with stones. I went to shop to re sale it to owner itself. He said he will remove tarugu..only calculate on 91.6 .. if we nee money they give us on 90% of the value of 91.6k. mean while I felt upset and went to local gold shop asked him to remove the stones and make me another long chain .. their I came to know after removing stones the net weight is totally different from sellers slip.. I have been cheated.. I bet u can check ur gold chains net weight by removing the stones u will be finished by surprising what actually u got. And services are literally poor..they won't respect customers.. if u go by any problem with the products they don't even look at ur faces. Don't buy gold and at any showrooms
Definitely bad experience considering below points. 1. For an ornament, they charged around 20k extra, when I calculated again and asked them to check, they said sorry and corrected. 2. For a chain exchange, they charged 24carats price . As the different is small, I gave feedback that they are cheating. 3. When calculating the price, they had the gold price as 5.1k/gm when checked in online it is 4.9k/gm . Again, they corrected to 4.9k/gm . When buying from here, please check the pricing properly. They are play some tricks, initially will show some old models, later after a long time they will bring better models(happend to me but today) Definitely will not go here again or would suggest to anyone.
This shop is in first floor, people visiting it for first time find it difficult to locate. Parking here is difficult but there are some parking places opposite the shop, they offer parking but charge on hourly basis. Jewellery collection here is very good, you get so many varieties to see. With little bargain you get very good price.
