They are providing many services like... x ray,usg,mri,mammography. Services are almost 24hrs. Don't expect more from their staffs...

No hygiene. Lot of mosquitoes. Totally unprofessional. They don't share report on emails or on what's app. Report was not given immediately although, I was ready to wait for one hours after test. So had to go again after 3 hours to collect report. I don't recommend any one to go vinchurkar

Staff are not co-operating well.. and Riteption is very rude.. work is not done quickly patient has to sit for long time.. Vinchurkar diagnostic should pay attention to its staff.. specially the lady at the reteption desk..

Honestly saying , Staff behaviour is now improved their response towards people is Nicely improved , Cons :- It's my appeal to Dr. Vichurkar that capacity of your Lab. Should be increased by 3 atleast times, It's really Painful to wait for your number for MRI scan while one's suffering from some illness, and also patients came from outside of Nasik.

Be aware. Facility is good but please be aware of Admin guy who asked the patient to transfer money on his UPI mobile number instead of clinic UPI account. and Within 5 minutes claim that money has not received on his UPI number and gave another UPI service name for same mobile number which is connected to different account number of the same bank. He is playing this trick on gullible customers for last few months.

To Dr Vinkhurkar sir , This is regarding your Branch at MALEGAON. Very bad experience. In covid times they are not using the safety guidelines. The used cloths are given to patients to change for MRI . They dont have MRI under sedation facilities for Patients with claustrophobia. And the irony of this situation is the main VINCHURKAR centre of NASHIK dont know about this . As a Doctor , I want Dr Vinkhurkar sir to look into this matter & the condition the patients are facing at MALEGAON BRANCH.

Good Team of Doctors. Benefit is 24 hrs Facility But thats mainly for collecting reports as they don't have Anesthesists available after 6 PM for contrast related scans. Doctors are One of the Best specifically Dr Devendra Sir Even Dr Ashish Naik is very knowledgeable person a million thanks to both Dr Ashish and specially Dr Devendra Sir Thank you so much for your service guidance and assistance during thee procedure Mr Nair is very polite He studied all reports properly and even informed tentative time when reports will be made available and called again to inform once done But the main issue with Vinchurkar labs is Cost compared to competitors like Medal and Radiant it's the highest and maximum cost whereas others although not 24 hrs but give proper appointment and good service as well Although Drs like Dr Devendra Sir and Ashish sir are good the support staff other then doctors is arrogant No one comes to CT scan for fun and specially one comes when he or she is in acute pain or clinical emergency Being a pharma person I can understand if patient doesn't follow instructions some time the technician time increased but that doesn't give green card to tecnician to scold patient and talk in arrogant way Technical person who was in my room was very arrogant For slight movement he was scolding in arrogant way and rude language He used to talk loudly in language Shiklele ahet pan smajat nahi ka tumhala mi nahi sangitla kalata ki nahi types in marathi which is not at all acceptable And at end the paradox is same technician says thank you and you cooperated well As if I felt I must punch him after all harsh word and arrogant language used in giving instructions to patients during ct scan Even I have personally compalained about this to known person in the lab about that particular staff member. I recommended the management must give proper training to such arrogant technicians They must first undergo ct scan for own ten times then only such arrogant persons will slow down in instructions and change their routine communication with proper words words so that we appreciate them next time and they are not on the complaint side of the table We will surely come though because the doctors are good at the end the daignosis matters for us so we are even ready to pay higher price then your competitors but then service not up to the mark Time Management is poorest No phone appointments Spl waiting time is so long sometimes that if patient needs fasting for contrast related work he will get in hypoglycemic state coz of extended waiting No Food Or snacks facilities for other mri patient waiting in long que Good thing is it has very good parking space in heart of the city They take money in advance for mri so patient has to compulsory wait till his number comes and many times other patients are taken before us even if they come walkin So pls rethink on your Time Management clinic staff humble request Recent past did 2MRI and one CT so have waited for significant time so can give detailed views. You are the Eldest but we as nashikar expect better service from you guys.
