Vinayaka Hospital - General hospital in Sultan Bathery - Wayanad, India

While the staff at Vinayaka Hospital were friendly and attentive, my mother's experience there left us quite disappointed. Initially diagnosed with a frozen shoulder, her pain continued to worsen with no relief in sight. After seeking a second opinion at another hospital, she was correctly diagnosed with a muscle tear, which finally provided her with some relief. We were hoping for a more accurate diagnosis and effective treatment at Vinayaka Hospital, which unfortunately was not the case.

Dr. Suma is very good consulting and caring. Hospitality also good. Too much waiting at pharmacy. Need to arrange any token system.

Hospital is good, but after doctor consultation need to wait at least 45 minutes to get the medicines from farmacy, worst experience every time from farmacy while visiting the hospital

Room, Canteen and service is not up to the mark. But the Dr 's behaviors and treatment is good. Especially UMA DR.

Had a worst experience being to this hospital. Dr. Subramanian one of the worst doctor we have been to.. Because we were late for 10 minutes due to some personal reasons from the appointment time...he made us wait for almost 2 and a half hours. Our baby was almost exhausted and crying inspite of saying that too he ignored us blindly and made inhumane appearance as a doctor.. not worthy to be called so...!! The attending staff were much more polite. You people are doctors not judicial system to punish the patients.

Worst Experience..The emergency wing doctor cant even diagnose a fracture, which is clearly visible in the x ray.

Really bad service. Especially in pharmacy. We have to wait years to get the medicine

The nurses are so polite and kind, the ICU patients are treated with so much care. Rooms available are neat and tidy housekeeping will do the cleaning everyday morning and evening. Treatments are effective Cost wise as well. Parking vehicles is a mess in this congested space.
