Big thanks to Dr Santosh K. He did bilateral inguinal hernia surgery on me a week ago. It was smooth. Explained everything in very simple terms. He gave accurate estimates about cost and duration. Post-operation care was also excellent. Entire staff was helpful.

The worst kind of hospital, my wife was admitted for 10 days , they couldn't find the reason for illness , they did all the tests , and eventually got the patient bed ridden and weakened to the core, for any issues they put IV and experiment with different antibiotics and anti malaria drugs, I shifted my wife after finding no cure here and patient was discharged within 3-4 days in another reputed hospital. They will keep patients as long as possible to extract large amounts of money without proper treatment. Request to all to go to another reputed hospital , avoid this hospital

Very worst hospital and management,some staff nurses are irresponsible,i ring Bell 2 to 3 times they're not coming,if we ask for emergency phone calls also there are telling no signal in mobile. Some good doctors working here. rooms are also normal only. Helpless insurance deck persons.

THE Worst hospital !!! Hospital atmosphere, rooms and facilities just s***s. Manager and Management both doesn't know how to provide service. I raised complaint on two aspects so far no response and they dont provide management contact. dont know how they got NABH certificate. We requested to change the room from day 1 and manger gives stupid example of ordering diff dosa at hotel. They not even fit to make/serve dosa...I had asked to provide Dr. Ashok rao contact to raise complaint but it seems raising complaint is against their policy...I wonder how such system existing in hospital service industry??

Nice staff with experienced doctors. However buy your Medicines from Milan Medicals in srinagar near bus stand. They got wide range of medicines and surgicals.

Worst experience nothing is available in private room no hot water in washroom . Atmosphere is pathetic and staff are not co operative. staff Nurse behavior is rude.

Contrary to some bad review had very good experience here. We were here for gastric issues for my mother who is 81 years. Pros Diagnosis by Dr HemaChandra and Dr Pramod was accurate and treatment was effective. Carried out only required tests Dr. Were available in short notice to check the reports and suggest next step. Within 24 hrs clear diagnosis was done and needed Procedure was identified. Nursing staff, support staff and management were good hearted and provided great support 24 x 7 Cons This is old hospital and ambience is not great. But no compromise on hygiene. No cafeteria but one can use the adjacent restaurant. Comfort is as great as new hospital like comfortable remote operated beds are available in only super deluxe wards. Conclusion...this is great place if one is focused on treatment rather than the overall experience.
