I recently had the misfortune of visiting Vinayaka Hospital and getting my father treated from Dr Pradeep and I must say that my experience was nothing short of dreadful. From start to finish, this hospital's poor management and subpar medical care left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the well-being of anyone seeking treatment here. The medical care was equally disappointing. The medical staff appeared disinterested with little inclination to provide care. Dr Pradeep himself seemed disinterested and failed to thoroughly address our concerns. No clarity on surgery post care and follow ups. No notes are written in IPD paper and discharge summary has no documentation of surgery/ procedure done. Please never visit this hospital

It's a famous Hospital for kidney stones. Located in the middle of the city near Geeta bhawan. Clean sanitized and staff is very supportive. Went there For a small operation for my aunt and found it very satisfying.

The staff of Dr Sharma is so cooperative and humble that my father had not to worry at all even if he was alone post surgery in ward. Dr Sharma takes utmost care that his pts gets best of the care and it's not that only during his visit hours he will attend ward pts. Even if u have any query he visits you anytime during the day and gives a very nice response which is generally nsiing i today's days spl in corporate hospitals. I am thankful to dr Sharma for taking best care of my father during his prostate problem.

I visited with my grandfather for prostate and bladder issue. He is 80yrs of age. We visited 2 more uros in past but could it get any satisfaction. So meet dr Pradeep Sharma, he was so humble to my grand father that he agreed for further treatment and now his major issue of OAB has been resolved and quality of life his much normal for him. Dr Sharma also suggested for surgery in such a nice manner that we decided to go for it in future. But right now my dadaji is so happy that he alsways says PEHLE KYU NAHI LE GAYE INKE PASS"

I am not give any star to this hospital dr. and staff in this hospital not have manners how to talk with patient today I will go to that hospital for my father operation I will have my father all blood and urine reports 3 days old but doctor say we will do all reports and he do all test in his hospital before two days and today he admit my father in(General ward) hospital at 1:30 pm than after 1 hour hospital staff come and say doctor call you in operation theatre then we will go there staff say sit on the bench from 2:30 to 7:30pm we will sit there and ask staff when is my no. So many time I ask to staff for my no then hospital staff angry on me then I will say to staff give me my file we will go from there then doctor pardeep sharma call me I will go in this chamber and say him give my file I am not intrested in your hospital your staff behaviour is not good for my father operation then he will not listened me properly and throw my file and abuse me and say pay my hospital charges and getout from here I have my father RGHS card I will say give me original bill of hospital then I will pay total 2600 for general ward charges is 1500 and medicines charges is 1100 when I ask him for bill then staff( say you go not pay any charges this is my experience of this private hospital
