Over crowded. YOU CAN SEE PATIENTS WAITING OUTSIDE OF THE HOSPITAL! Poor management. If you're going for normal eye check up for vision and spects number. Simply go anywhere rather than this over crowded over priced over hyped hospital ! I was asked to wait for 2 hours. ( I was late for appointment hardly 5 mins) Haan wo bhi unke assistants check up karenge !! They don't even have enough sitting space for number of patients they register. Bhai jagah aur time nahi to itne sare patients ko apointament hi kyun dena hai ek din me??? Simply tell them we are booked for today or ask them to get an appointment for next day. Nahiiii! Inko to business karna hai!!!!

The guy who sit in 2nd chamber , who check number of eye he has no communication skill his behaviour is rude not talk to me smoothly while checkup. I observed that he also talk rudely with elder woman very disappointed

Doesn't deserve one star also. Worst clinic management in Bilaspur. No value for patient's time and money. Even with all automated eye testing systems, they take hours for basic checkup before final consultation. Trying to grab patients more than their actual serving capacity. Inadequate staff and lack of doctors for number of patients they are trapping at the time of registration.
