It was pathetic, we met with an car accident as immediately rush to vinayak hospital as recommended by cab driver. The doctor was nice but the staff and nurses were very rude. They charged us 40000 only for stitches only. Also did not give any medicine, prescription. Fir concern Manager and seniors were absent. Even stitches not done perfectly. I have paid everything extra for medicines, for test even for doctor gloves don't know why it was bought as they did not use it at all. No monitor was used and charged for that. I had three bags, i requested staff to allow my bag inside ward as all were injured but staff was so rude and did not allow by saying that we have CCTV installed you don't need to worry. But at the time of leaving one bag was lost. I asked the staff to check CCTV, they said person is not available and did not support at all. We had to loose our ultimately. I would never ever recommended this hospital to anyone rather go to govt hospital. Pathetic service

Vinayak hospital medical services are awesome and one of the important fact is that all the staff and doctors are friendly by nature and treat patients with positive attitude.

Very bad experience they charged very high and just want to grab all the money from patients.they did my mother's bone surgery it went wrong.after few months I had to took her to the higher centre in delhi.And pls everyone stay away from Dr. Alok (orthopaedic surgeon). He knows nothing and he visits other hospitals too. And all the staff is very rude.worst hospital in Bareilly and worst doctor (Dr.Alok ) in Bareilly

Dr Harsh Vardhan ji has a very good attitude towards the patient. And the treatment being done by them is very good and the tests were also done at a very low cost but a night attendant doctor who is in the journal ward does duty by drinking alcohol at night and misbehaive with the patient. Or There is a nurse who does the patient a favor by doing night duty because she should have been an AC maintainer not a nurse because both she and the night doctor agree. both of you were on duty
